JUST IN...Chloe West stabbing witnesses offered counselling

Pupils who witnessed the stabbing of a 14-year-old girl "will have every help from trained counsellors", her school said.
Chloe West was injured near the gates of Ridgewood High School, Wollaston, in the West Midlands on Friday.
She is recovering after suffering neck, face and upper body injuries.
Samuel Tomlinson, 18, from Sedgley, West Midlands, was charged with attempted murder following the incident.
He was arrested on Park Road West, Wollaston, near to the entrance of the school.
Mr Tomlinson is also accused of wounding with intent, possession of an offensive weapon, driving without insurance and driving without a licence.
He is due to appear before Dudley Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
'Calm and supportive' Chloe, who was airlifted to hospital, underwent surgery after the incident and is now recovering at home.
Clive Nutting, head teacher at Ridgewood, said: "I am so proud of all the staff and students, particularly in how they conducted themselves in a calm and supportive manner, on Friday.
"A number of students witnessed the incident and they will have every help from trained counsellors and other support available to them in dealing with the events."
Mr Nutting said it was important "we get back to normal school life as much as we can, for the welfare of all within our school community".
"Our thoughts and best wishes continue to be with Chloe and we all wish her a speedy recovery," he added.
