Police in Northern Ireland have paid tribute to Constable Ronan Kerr, who was killed after a bomb exploded under his car in Omagh, County Tyrone.
Chief Constable of the Police Service of Northern Ireland, Matt Baggott, said Constable Kerr was a "modern-day hero".
"We will not be deterred from doing the right things," he added.
